General Provisions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the kg9 platform and all its services. When you create an account on kg9, use its services, or access the website, you are considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not wish to accept them while they are in effect, please stop using the services.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to use any kg9 service. Registration by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited. kg9 may request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide proof may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited. Violating this policy may result in all related accounts and funds being cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

The name, address, mobile number, and other details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held. If details need to be updated, please contact the support team.

2.4 Account Security

Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the kg9 support team immediately.

Deposit, Withdrawal, and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

Deposits at kg9 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer — are available for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

3.3 Legitimacy of Funds

Users confirm that deposited funds are earned from lawful sources. kg9 reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and may hold withdrawals pending that investigation.

3.4 Same-Person Account Requirement

The payment account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the name of the account holder. Transactions from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit at kg9, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000 — however, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus, i.e. ৳25,000, must be met before withdrawing.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for each bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Meeting this requirement is mandatory before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus. Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is completed may result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, using low-risk betting patterns to clear bonuses, or using any other dishonest method will result in account closure and forfeiture of bonuses.

4.4 VIP Cashback

The kg9 VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is paid at each tier, calculated on the net loss for that week. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback.

Prohibited Activities and User Responsibilities

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Stealing another user's information or using their identity
• Betting or gaming using hacking tools, bot software, or automated programs
• Exploiting technical errors in the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or other unlawful financial activities
• Colluding with other users when placing bets

5.2 User Responsibilities

By using kg9, you confirm that you are betting or gaming of your own free will and using your own funds. kg9 will not be liable for any financial losses resulting from your decisions.

Requests to change the outcome of a bet or game that has already been settled will not be accepted, unless a clear technical error is proven.

kg9 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of fraud or deception
• Registration using false information
• Failure to meet the age requirement

7.2 Account Closure at the User's Request

If a user wishes to close their account, they must notify the support team in writing. Before the account is closed, all open bets will be settled and any remaining balance will be available for withdrawal.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the kg9 website — logos, designs, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of kg9 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or modifying any content without prior permission is prohibited.
